What are my payment options?
To ensure a secure payment processing, Isla employs PayPal as its payment gateway. Paypal is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified and reviewed by Paypal to prevent fraud.
What if I want to amend my order?
Our sales and manufacturing systems are integrated. As soon as we receive your order, it is automatically forwarded for processing. But you can amend your order as much as you like before you complete your purchase.
What if I made a mistake or want to change the shipping address
We work super quick at processing your orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible.
If you made a mistake with your shipping address, we can make amendments if you email us within 24 hours from time of purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject title: URGENT: change of shipping address. But once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter the address.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Our policy is very simple. If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on isla.ph, you can return it to us within 15 days from time of delivery. We will issue a full refund as soon as it arrives. But please note that isla.ph does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges.
